We provide specialist advice and support on how to maximise the value of the business, find a buyer, negotiate the terms of sale and coordinate the process to settlement.
Our process involves three key phases:
Phase 1
Business Analysis: & Appraisal
- Meet with the business owner to gain an in depth understanding of the business.
- Provide advice on how to maximise sale value, including an assessment of business risks and potential deal breakers.
- Completion of a market appraisal, to assess a likely price range, prepared by a professional Accountant.
This is a Free Service. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead with our services.
Phase 2
Develop and implement a Marketing Strategy to find a Buyer
- Preparation of Business Profile Documentation. (One in high resolution for printing and one for web use).
- Planning and coordinating a sales and advertising strategy including preparation of advertising content.
- Screening Prospects and sending out confidentiality letters
Phase 3
Meeting with prospective buyers, negotiating and coordinating the Sale. We offer two options
OPTION 1
You liase directly with the buyer and present the business.
When a buyer decides to make an offer we assist with:
- negotiating the terms of sale
- preparing the sale and purchase agreement
- coordinating the process to settlement.
OPTION 2
We meet with all prospective buyers and present the business.
When a buyer decides to make an offer we assist with:
- negotiating the terms of sale
