BSA provides a service specifically designed to assist owners of micro and small businesses to market and sell their businesses, at a fraction of the cost charged by full service Business Brokers.

We provide specialist advice and support on how to maximise the value of the business, find a buyer, negotiate the terms of sale and coordinate the process to settlement.

Our process involves three key phases:

Phase 1

Business Analysis: & Appraisal

  • Meet with the business owner to gain an in depth understanding of the business.
  • Provide advice on how to maximise sale value, including an assessment of business risks and potential deal breakers.
  • Completion of a market appraisal, to assess a likely price range, prepared by a professional Accountant.

This is a Free Service. You can then decide if you would like to go ahead with our services.

Phase 2
